Sharing a post

The audience picker

Every time you tap Post, Seldeo asks who should see it. Your options:

• Public — anyone can see it, including people who don't have a Seldeo account (via a share link).
• Friends — everyone you follow who also follows you.
• A circle — a named group of friends you curate.
• Only me — visible only in your archive; useful for drafts.

The picker remembers your last choice per post type (photo, story, reel). You can change the audience of a post any time after it's published from the post's ⋮ menu.

Sharing off Seldeo

Public posts have a share link (https://www.seldeo.com/p/<id>) that renders a preview when opened outside the app. Friends-only or circle-only posts do not have a share link — the ⋮ menu removes the option automatically.

Comments and reactions

• Public posts: comments and reactions from anyone with an account.
• Friends posts: comments and reactions from your friends only.
• Circle posts: from members of that circle only.
• Only me: no comments or reactions.

You can also disable comments entirely on any post from the audience picker.

Deleting a post

Tap the ⋮ menu on the post → Delete. The post is removed from your profile and from all followers' feeds immediately. Copies delivered to public followers' devices are removed on next sync.

Undoing a share

If you regret publishing a post, you have 30 seconds after posting to tap Undo in the confirmation toast. After 30 seconds you have to delete the post normally.
